Fr Alexander Ezechukwu, OCD

Fr Alexander Ezechukwu is a Discalced Carmelite priest and Prior of the Carmelite community at Boars Hill, Oxford. He holds a Licence in Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute, Rome, and an MPhil in Judaism and Early Christianity in the Graeco-Roman World from the University of Oxford.
A trained spiritual director and ministry accompanier with many years of pastoral experience, Fr Alex founded the Centre for Applied Carmelite Spirituality (CACS) and established the Carmelite Spirituality Network to accredit and support spirituality practitioners committed to excellence in soul care ministries. He also co-facilitates the School of Prophets programme.

Fr Alex is a Discalced Carmelite priest and the director of CACS. Biblical scholar and historian by training. Spiritual Direction certification through Franciscan Study Centre, Kent, England. Trained as a reflective pastoral supervisor for individuals and groups.
